Job Title: Fusion HCM Support Analyst
Job Type: Permanent / Contract Opportunity
Start Date: Immediate
Location: UK Based – Remote/Hybrid

Overview:
My client is currently seeking an experienced Fusion HCM Support Analyst to join theirteam on a permanent or contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. This role is ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, and a passion for delivering exceptional user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Absence, Core HR, and Benefits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, working closely with functional and technical teams.
  • Assist in the testing of updates, patches, and new functionalities in Fusion HCM.
  • Work with business users to identify requirements and optimize existing workflows.
  • Document and communicate issues and solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with project teams for system upgrades, patches, and new functionality implementations.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including various modules such as Payroll, Absence, and Core HR.
  • Good understanding of HCM business processes.
  • Experience with system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Day-to-Day Requirements:

  • Monitor and resolve service requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance, data uploads, and system checks.
  • Assist with training users and preparing documentation for new system functionality.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and issue resolutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
