Overview

Showroom Manager - Lakeside (Furniture Brand)

Location: Lakeside, Grays

Hours: 37.5 per week - Weekend and Bank Holiday availability required

Salary: £35,000 per annum + 1.5% monthly sales commission + quarterly commission

The Role

As Lounge/Showroom Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Lakeside Lounge, ensuring every visitor enjoys an exceptional experience. You'll lead by example, inspire a small team, drive sales, and maintain a beautiful, on-brand environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational oversight with direct customer engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Drive sales and conversion targets, with strong commercial focus
• Manage daily lounge operations including scheduling, stock, and compliance
