Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is seeking experienced Furniture Sprayers, Finishers and Preppers to join our team in Sittingbourne, Kent, working on high-end bespoke joinery and cabinetry. You will prepare and finish bespoke joinery components, applying primers, lacquers, top coats and specialist finishes, and work closely with production to meet deadlines.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid half-day practical assessment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in furniture, joinery, or cabinet manufacturing.
• Proven experience in furniture preparation, spraying, or finishing.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience working on luxury bespoke furniture or joinery.
• Knowledge of specialist finishing systems and techniques advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish bespoke joinery components.

• Ensure consistently high-quality workmanship.
• Carry out quality checks and maintain finishing equipment.
