Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Furniture Sprayer & Prepper for its Corsham workshop. You will prep, spray and finish complex furniture pieces, using a range of sealers, primers, lacquers, paints and stains to achieve high-end finishes.

Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ experience; metal coatings experience is a bonus. A UK driving license and passport are preferred for occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar furniture spray/prep role.
• Experience with sealers, primers, furniture lacquers, paints and stains is essential.
• Experience with spraying metal coatings is advantageous but not required.
• Car spraying background considered depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Check, prepare, spray and finish complex furniture pieces; maintain quality and consistency.
• Perform sanding and burnishing; handle abrasives and tools as part of process; problem-solve to ensure finish standards.
