About the Role:

As a Salesperson or Store Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales, building relationships with customers, and managing the day-to-day operations of our showroom. Your goal will be to create an exceptional shopping experience while meeting sales targets and ensuring the showroom runs smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met professionally and enthusiastically.
  2. Sales Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the sales process to drive conversions and meet targets; E-commerce knowledge is a plus.
  3. Showroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
  4. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and team members.
  5. Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively address customer concerns or operational issues.
  7. Marketing Support: Assist with light social media marketing to promote products and engage customers online.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous retail experience is required; furniture sales experience is preferred.
  2. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  3. Highly motivated, outgoing, and a team player.
  4. Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  5. Organized, professional, and neatly groomed.

Compensation:

  1. Salary based on qualifications.
