Job summary

GXO is seeking Drivers Mates for its IKEA contract at Wembley. You will work in a two-person delivery team delivering furniture and providing excellent customer service in customers' homes.

The role is full-time, 48 hours per week, with a shift pattern of 5 days on, 3 days off, and start times from 06:00 to 08:30. Annual salary is £34,553.14, with holiday, pension, discounts and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Physical, demanding role requiring lifting and shifting of furniture.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication are essential.
• DBS check will be completed on the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Work as a 2-person delivery team, delivering furniture to customers' rooms and ensuring first-class service.
• Call customers ahead of delivery to confirm ETA and assess property.
• Record delivery outcomes accurately on the Flexi Pod system.
