Our client, a Magic Circle law firm, is seeking a talented Director to join their market-leading tax team in London. With an exceptional reputation across corporate tax, finance tax, real estate tax, funds tax, indirect tax, and tax litigation, their platform offers exposure to some of the world’s most high-profile and complex transactions and disputes.

You will work closely with international tax, corporate and private funds teams on a wide range of mandates including fundraisings, carry structuring, fund co-investments, continuation vehicles, secondaries, and GP M&A. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious group advising many of the world’s leading fund managers.

You will handle technically challenging, high-value cross-border matters, develop strong client relationships, and work directly with recognised market leaders across jurisdictions including the US, Europe and APAC. This role offers genuine scope for career progression within an inclusive and high-performing environment.

The ideal candidate will have significant funds tax experience from a top-tier City or international firm, strong academic credentials, excellent legal skills and a commercial mindset.
