Qualifications

• Minimum 12 mois d'expérience légale, idéalement dans les fonds ou le droit immobilier.
• Expérience antérieure en tant que paralegal est un avantage.

Responsibilities

• Soutenir la révision et l'analyse des documents commerciaux et de fonds.
• Rédiger et réviser des SPA et des accords de gestion d'investissement.
• Assister aux processus KYC et à la maintenance des organigrammes.

Job Description:

An established European real estate investment fund is looking to hire a bright and proactive Paralegal to join its small London-based legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced Associate General Counsel, with a clear progression plan and exposure to high-value cross-border work.

The Company

Backed by a major US investor, the business manages a portfolio of real estate assets across Europe. Legal support is shared between London and LA, with a collaborative and international culture.

The Role

You’ll be joining a lean, fast-paced legal team currently consisting of two lawyers (one of whom is moving on), and will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of commercial, corporate and fund-related matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting legal review and analysis of commercial and fund documentation
• Drafting and reviewing SPAs and investment management agreements
• Assisting with KYC processes and structure chart maintenance
• Coordinating outsourced company secretarial work
• Responding to internal legal queries and managing email correspondence
• Involvement in asset disposals and ongoing real estate asset management

About You

• Strong academics and at least 12 months of legal experience, ideally with exposure to funds, real estate or corporate/commercial law
• Highly organised, commercially minded, and eager to take initiative in a small team
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international environment
• Previous paralegal experience in a funds or investment environment would be advantageous
