Requirements

• Applicants must be qualified in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, Canada).
• A minimum of 4 years’ PQE is required. Experience in investment funds, corporate law, or financial services with a leading international firm is essential. Offshore experience is preferred but not required.
• Ambition, strong technical skills, and an aptitude for business development will be key attributes.
