Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Funds Administrator to support both our Fund and Self-Select Platform teams. Based in our Glasgow office, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with precision, and is curious about the world of fund operations and investor services.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for Self-Select Platform investors, handling day-to-day queries and support
  • Processing fund-related transactions and collating key documentation
  • Assisting with the preparation and collation of audit materials at year-end
  • Supporting investor onboarding through eligibility checks and document verification
  • Performing fraud and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks for new and existing investors
  • Managing investor information requests and maintaining accurate records
  • Contributing to our data retention programme and platform operations
What We're Looking For
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally in financial services or a regulated environment
  • A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Interest in funds, compliance, and investor services
  • Confidence using Excel and/or Google Suite
  • Familiarity with AML screening and monitoring is a bonus
  • Experience in fund operations or investor support is a plus
