The practice takes on a range of high-level matters, from formation to the restructuring and termination of hedge funds, private equity funds, and hybrid funds in the Cayman Islands. The individual will develop working relationships with a top clientele of European fund managers, working alongside some of the most experienced fee-earners in the market.
