Job summary

Prosper Global is seeking a Fundraising Operations Assistant in Edinburgh. The role supports processing gifts, maintaining donor records and delivering high-quality donor care. It requires meticulous administration, attention to data protection, and collaboration with a global fundraising team.

You will manage recurring donor accounts, support gift processing improvements and assist with reporting. The role offers hybrid working with a two-day-per-week office presence in Edinburgh.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational, administrative, fundraising, finance, data or similar roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with donor care or customer service.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of data protection and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming donations and maintain accurate donor records.
• Provide high quality donor care via phone, email and post.
• Support monthly financial reconciliation and data reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Gift Aid, data protection and fundraising regulations.
• Help improve procedures for gift processing, acknowledgments and data imports.
• Maintain and update donor communications and subscription statuses.
