Fundraising & Investor Relations Lead - Digital Health (Women’s Health)

Lumabio Partners are working with a Digital Health company based in London who are redefining the future of healthcare through our innovative digital health platform designed to deliver more personalized, accessible, and coordinated care experiences.

They are at an exciting inflection point in our growth. With a strong proof of concept, early customer traction, and a growing reputation in the industry, they are seeking a Fundraising & Investor Relations Lead to help secure the capital needed to scale their impact nationwide.

This role will work in collaboration with the CEO on all fundraising activities for the company, from developing the capital strategy to closing investor commitments. Success in this position will directly fuel their ability to expand into new markets, accelerate product innovation, and enhance their partnerships with health systems, payers, and employers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi stage capital raising plan to fund their growth and expansion.
  • Identify and engage a broad network of potential investors, including VCs, corporate venture arms, strategic partners, and family offices.
  • Create and refine investor materials pitch decks, executive summaries, financial models, and due diligence data rooms that communicate their value proposition and market potential.
  • Lead investor presentations, negotiate terms, and manage all stages of the fundraising process from first contact to closing.

Ideally, the candidate will be located in the UK, USA, or Germany and have current experience working in a consulting or fractional executive capacity.
