Overview

Events & Fundraising Officer: Join a values-driven organisation dedicated to supporting free legal advice services for people in need across London and the South East. The charity works with a network of legal charities to ensure that individuals facing homelessness, domestic abuse, discrimination, and other challenges can access the help they deserve. Through creative fundraising campaigns and large-scale public events, they raise vital funds to keep these services running and accessible.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the delivery of major fundraising events, including walks, quizzes, and bake sales.
  • Managing event sign-ups and supporter data using Salesforce (training provided).
  • Creating engaging event materials and drafting participant communications.
  • Attending and helping to run events, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.
  • Following up with participants and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Promoting the organisation externally and safeguarding its reputation.
  • Leading on specific events as allocated.
Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and social media for business.
