Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College is seeking a Funding and Performance Data Analyst to ensure the accuracy, integrity and effective use of funding and performance data across the organisation. You will provide insightful analysis and reporting to support strategic planning, operational decision making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include data validation, Power BI development, performance reporting, data governance and cross-team collaboration to drive improvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage funding data validation and compliance activities
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Produce accurate and timely performance reports
• Analyse learner and organisational performance data to identify trends
• Support statutory returns, funding claims and internal reporting
• Improve reporting processes through automation and data management
• Collaborate with Curriculum, Quality, Finance and MIS teams to support planning and monitoring
• Provide data-driven insight to inform decisions
• Maintain data governance and confidence in organisational data
• Foster a data-informed culture for continuous improvement
