Job summary

Elect Capital in London seeks a Funding Operations Coordinator to drive the journey from application to funding. You will work across Partnerships, Operations and broker networks, ensuring deals move smoothly with meticulous attention to detail.

The role requires excellent organisation, proactive problem solving, and clear communication with brokers, colleagues, and leadership in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of operational sales-support activities, including settlement requests, funding updates, statements processing, and information gathering.
• Process settlement requests accurately and on time, chasing outstanding documentation.
• Keep clients and brokers updated on funding status and flag delays or issues early.
• Act as a conduit between broker partners, Partnerships, and internal Operations to remove blockers.
• Coordinate across multiple systems and workflows, logging information correctly.
• Flag process gaps to help the team improve turnaround times.

The Role

As our Funding Operations Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of the journey from application to funding, working across Partnerships, Operations and our broker network to keep deals moving and clients over the moon. It's a varied, fast-paced role for someone who combines excellent organisation and meticulous attention to detail with the confidence to communicate with brokers, colleagues and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of operational sales-support activities, including settlement requests, funding updates, statements processing, and information gathering
• Process settlement requests accurately and on time, chasing outstanding documentation where needed
• Keep clients and brokers updated on funding status, proactively flagging delays or issues before they escape
• Act as a key conduit between broker partners, the Partnerships team and internal Operations, keeping stakeholders informed and helping remove avoidable blockers
• Coordinate across multiple systems and workflows, ensuring information is logged correctly and nothing falls through the cracks
• Flag process gaps or recurring issues to help the team continuously improve turnaround times
