Job summary

Parent and Carer Alliance C.I.C. seeks a Director of Funding Development to lead our income generation strategy. This hybrid role in Gloucestershire offers 20 hours per week with a salary of £40,000–£50,000 FTE, pro rata for part-time hours.

The post focuses on securing grants, contracts, tenders, and transformational funding to sustain families of children with additional needs. The successful candidate will build funder relationships, develop compelling bids, and work with the CEO and Finance

Qualifications

• Proven track record of securing substantial funding.
• Experience leading income generation strategies and bids.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with funders and partners.
