Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in client reporting, fund administration, or operations within financial services.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-control mindset.
• Experience with fund reporting (private and/or public).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor private and public fund reporting, ensuring reports are accurate and posted timely.
• Perform quality-control checks including two-step verification with team members.
• Review and validate report outputs before distribution to stakeholders.
• Identify discrepancies, data gaps, or anomalies and coordinate resolution.
• Produce standard and custom reporting for internal and external clients, vendors, and regulators.
• Coordinate data flow into and out of report production processes.
• Manage the Intralinks portal weekly, ensuring timely posting and access to reports.
• Participate in inventory analysis of client reports and metrics across departments.
• Identify and develop enhanced reporting capabilities and systems enhancements.
• Document department processes and SOPs.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the firm's business and policies.
