Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Fund Reporting professional in London to oversee and sign off accounts for UK funds, coordinating with global jurisdictions. The role requires FCA Training & Competence exams and strong knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS, COLL, and IA SORP.

The ideal candidate has senior analyst or senior accountant experience in financial services, excellent communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality reporting.

Qualifications

• FCA Training & Competence exams completed or grandfathered; additional accounting qualifications preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple stakeholders including Trustees/Depositaries, Auditors and clients.
• Excellent written skills with numerical and computer literacy; able to produce accurate sign-off on financial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, review & sign off financial accounts and reporting deliverables produced by other jurisdictions.
• Communicate with NT departments, Trustees/Depositaries, Custodians, Auditors and Fund Management Companies to ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver quality service meeting KPI deadlines and quality standards; contribute to process improvements.
