• 1+ years of experience in fund operations, trade reconciliation, and model portfolio management.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable first point of contact.
• Strong English communication skills, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines.
• Ability to understand complex information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work with trade execution team and carry out trade reconciliation.
• Liaise with stakeholders related to fund operations and perform NAV calculations.
• Support client-related operational tasks with private banks and custodians.
• Handle investment account opening, client onboarding, and performance reporting.
