The Role

THIS ROLE IS A 12 MONTH FTC

The Fund Operations Analyst will work alongside the Fund Services Manager to develop processes around Fund Operations and support the creation and administration of new sub-funds within existing UCITS structures. Responsibilities include managing the Fund Trade Lifecycle, including corporate actions and transaction reporting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the day-to-day reconciliation and administration of Funds, with knowledge of hedged share classes and fund administration processes.

The role involves working confidently with third parties to register offshore funds globally, overseeing regulatory reporting such as PRIIPS KID and UCITs KIID production, transaction cost calculations, and assessments like EMT/EPT/EET and Value.

The Analyst will coordinate static and dynamic data provision to platforms and vendors and collaborate across teams to ensure aligned messaging and timely fund launches.

Candidate Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Fund Investment Operations within Wealth Management, Asset Management, or ACD firms.
• Deep understanding of fund operations, including hedged share classes.
• Experience in fund administration and the full trade lifecycle.
• Knowledge of UCITs rules applicable to UK and EU funds.
• Experience with global fund registrations.
• Understanding of regulatory documents such as KIDs/KIIDs, Prospectuses, and Fund Supplements.
