Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day fund administration of in-house managed funds including: Daily cash subscription and redemption processing, monitoring FX administration, trade matching and confirmation, trade settlement processing, payment and settlement monitoring, facilitating margin calls.
• Corporate Actions processing: Monitoring events, managing elections, dividend processing.
• System Data Management: New instrument setup, managing all reference data, benchmark setup, dividend processing, investment team queries and support.
• Investment Control: Daily reconciliations of the firm's IBOR to external custodian.
• UCITS compliance rules monitoring.
• Production and maintenance of policies, procedures, and workflows related to fund management.
• Assist in producing Management Information as required.
• Assist in analysis and implementation of new funds.
• Assist in project work related to fund and EAM activity.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Technical Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of fund operations.
• Working knowledge of hedged share classes desirable.
• Solid understanding of Wealth Management services and the industry.
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle and investment operations.
• Willingness to develop knowledge across products and services.
• Technically minded with process creation skills.
• Experience with reconciliation processes per CASS 6 and 7 standards or willingness to learn.
