This elite US firm has been strategically building an all-rounder finance offering, and is now looking for a designated senior hire to specialize in Fund Finance transactions.

Following recent partner hires, you will join one of the most influential teams within the finance market, advising on complex fund finance transactions, including NAV facilities, subscription lines, hybrid structures, and GP management facilities for global private equity clients, funds, and portfolio companies. You will be part of a developing practice, offering strong promotional prospects and client exposure, as the only other senior member in the team is the Partner.

This US practice boasts rapid growth in London, with a pan-European presence and US footprint. The team is renowned for their lender-side expertise in fund finance, especially in the mid-market, and is focusing on NAV facilities.

Requirements:

• England & Wales or Common law qualified lawyer, with 4-8 years of PQE.
• Experience in fund finance, particularly in complex transactions.
• Experience in a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, US, or top international firm.
• Strong academic background.
