Job summary

A leading finance firm in London seeks an experienced Fund Finance Manager to manage fund accounting and financial reporting across various fund types. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in fund finance, is ACA qualified, and possesses strong knowledge of UK fund structures. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified or equivalent.
• 5+ years in fund finance in Private Equity or Real Assets.
• Strong understanding of AIFMD and FCA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Prepare NAV calculations and investor reporting.
• Liaise with auditors and depositaries.
• Monitor fund cash flows and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with AIFMD and FCA regulations.

Skills

The Role: Fund Finance Manager

The Client: UK Fund Services

The Location: London City Centre (Hybrid working)

The role:

• Manage fund accounting and financial reporting for real estate, private equity, and debt funds.
• Prepare NAV calculations, investor reporting, and capital call/distribution notices.
• Liaise with auditors, depositaries, and custodians to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Monitor fund cash flows, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with AIFMD and FCA regulations.
• Support onboarding of new funds and assist in structuring financial models.
• Collaborate with Fund Managers, AIFMs, and external stakeholders.

The Requirements:

• ACA qualified (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in fund finance in Private Equity or Real Assets.
• Strong understanding of UK fund structures, AIFMD, and FCA regulations.
• Experience with fund accounting systems and Excel financial modelling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
