Job Description:

Aria Partners are delighted to be supporting a high performing and rapidly growing private credit fund that is looking to appoint a Fund Finance Associate to join its London based finance team.

With circa $5bn in assets under management and fresh off the back of another successful fundraise, this is a business that has gone from strength to strength and is continuing to scale its operations to support further growth.

The position is newly created, reporting into an experienced Fund Controller within a small, flat finance team. The role offers exceptional visibility across the business, with direct interaction with the CFO and regular exposure to both the investment and middle office teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of the fund administrators, ensuring timely and accurate production of NAVs, financial statements, and capital activity
  • Review and coordination of investor reporting and deliverables
  • Maintenance and enhancement of fund models, including the calculation and analysis of key performance metrics
  • Treasury and liquidity management
  • Coordination of the fund audits and support in year-end processes
  • Liaison with key external stakeholders, including banks, legal counsel, tax advisors and auditors
  • Handling investor queries and supporting investor relations initiatives
  • Involvement in process improvement initiatives across finance operations

Our requirements:

  • A formal accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Strong academic background
  • Circa newly qualified to two years' post-qualified experience
  • Background in audit (with funds/private equity/credit clients), fund administration, or a similar role in fund finance within another fund

The firm fosters an excellent culture, which is high performing with a healthy degree of flexibility. Compensation on offer is circa £65,000 with a generous annual bonus and wider benefits package.
