Job description

An elite US firm is seeking a junior associate (NQ–3 PQE) to join its top-ranked Fund Finance team in London.

This role offers early responsibility and high-value deal exposure, working with global lenders and asset managers on complex fund-level financings. The team advises on the full spectrum of fund finance products, including subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, and hybrid lending structures, supporting private equity, infrastructure, credit, and other alternative investment funds.

You will advise on:

• Subscription line (capital call) facilities for private equity and credit funds
• NAV-based lending transactions across diverse fund strategies
• Hybrid and umbrella facilities, GP support lines, and bespoke financing structures
• Intercreditor, security and fund structuring issues
• Wider leveraged finance or structured finance transactions (where relevant)

Requirements:

• NQ–3 PQE, ideally with experience in fund finance and banking & finance or structured finance
• Exposure to subscription or NAV facilities is strongly preferred
• Solid City or international law firm training and excellent academic credentials
• Strong commercial awareness and interest in private capital markets
