Overview

Fund Finance Associate (1-4PQE): We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their highly regarded Corporate Finance offering in the City of London office. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile and high-value financings, within a team that is recognised globally.

This Associate position sits within a broad finance team, but the team would like an Associate to have strong experience in Fund Finance and a willingness to act on a broader array of work - the role will act on Fund Finance as well as related “Special Situations” within the finance group. This may include NAV, subscription line/capital call, as well as equity-backed financings, financial restructurings and more.

Responsibilities

• Work on Fund Finance transactions and related Special Situations (e.g., NAV, subscription line/capital call, equity-backed financings, financial restructurings).

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of post-qualified experience (England & Wales or foreign qualified with experience gained in London within Fund Finance).
• Training or experience with another leading City of London law firm.
• Experience in Fund Finance.
