Base pay range: This Associate/VP role involves leading and supporting the execution of complex financing transactions for private capital funds, including deal structuring, financial modelling, and lender negotiations.

The position offers a dynamic, client-facing environment with opportunities for international travel and career growth in a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.

As a seasoned Associate / VP you will play a key role in executing fund finance transactions, with a focus on capital call and NAV facilities. You will lead the day-to-day management of transactions, contribute to client communications. This role is suited to someone with prior experience in fund finance who is looking to take on greater responsibility in execution and relationship management.
