Responsibilities

• Handle accounting for new transactions and manage SPA and NAV adjustments.
• Review quarterly and year-end accounts for funds.
• Prepare cash forecasts and manage capital calls and distributions.

Our client is a real estate specialist with a passion for technology. They have industry leading tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Anaplan at their disposal and have created a robust, data-driven reporting framework to provide their LP's with real-time and accurate performance analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Accounting for new transactions, dealing with SPA and NAV adjustments
• Year-end accounting for funds, reviewing the quarterly and year-end accounts
• Managing 3rd party service providers
• Preparing cash forecasting, managing capital calls and distributions

Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
• Real Estate fund Accounting experience is essential
