Mondrian Alpha are partnering with a well-established long/short equity hedge fund, which has delivered exceptional performance since inception! This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, and collaborative team, with practically no turnover.

The firm is entering a dynamic growth phase, with three funds, a managed account and the launch of a new UCITS fund. This is a newly defined role reporting directly to the COO. It sits at the heart of the business, offering daily interactions with the trading desk, compliance and risk functions. You'll be responsible for overseeing the fund administrator, review NAVs, manage currency hedging and treasury, and produce performance analysis and internal commentary. With management accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping now outsourced, your responsibilities will be focused entirely on high-value, fund-related activities.

Additionally this role involves monthly liquidity reporting, managing investor queries, and playing a key part in the UCITS launch. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience of hedge fund accounting, including Irish UCITS, a strong attention to detail and an interest in building scalable processes.
