Job description

Our client is seeking two experienced Fund Administrators to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality service to clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of fund structures, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic financial environment.

Job Duties:

  1. Administer a portfolio of funds, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  2. Prepare and review fund valuations, financial statements, and investor reports.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  4. Liaise with clients, investment managers, custodians, and other key stakeholders.
  5. Process subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and transfers in accordance with fund documentation.
  6. Assist with the onboarding of new funds and ensure smooth transitions.
  7. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of fund activities.
  8. Support audit processes by providing relevant documentation and responses.
  9. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the team.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience in fund administration within the financial services sector.
  2. Knowledge of various fund structures and regulatory frameworks.
  3. Strong organisational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
  6. Proficiency in relevant fund administration systems and Microsoft Office.
  7. A relevant professional qualification (or working towards one) would be advantageous.
