We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund Operations, to join our Pershing EMEA team. Pershing provides a broad range of financial solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners, and advisers across EMEA. We offer sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities, including execution, settlement, and custody services, supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset expertise. This role is based in Liverpool and is hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
  1. Acting as a point of contact for clients and Fund Managers to handle requests professionally and promptly.
  2. Assisting with the maintenance and management of our funds platform.
  3. Handling the completion and escalation of Fund Manager agreements, amendments, and application forms.
  4. Managing AML queries related to Pershing nominee accounts, escalating issues to compliance and financial crime teams when necessary.
  5. Investigating and resolving department queries efficiently.
  6. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a positive client experience.
  7. Performing any other duties as required.
To be successful, you should have:
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in financial services is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of funds and experience with Fund Managers/Transfer agents is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivation and ability to manage workload independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
