Job summary

HR Now Limited in Jersey is seeking a Fund Accounting & Operations Analyst to join a private family office. The role covers investment operations, governance, and process improvement, offering broad autonomy and opportunities to influence day-to-day activities.

You will work with senior advisers and service providers, contribute to future enhancements and business projects, and enjoy a generous bonus and flexible working hours (30–35 per week) in a collaborative, stable team.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, advisers and service providers, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the family office whilst contributing to future enhancements, efficiencies and business projects.

We're keen to hear from experienced professionals with a background in investment operations, fund administration, finance, accounting, fiduciary services or a related professional services environment.
