Job summary

Adecco Portugal is recruiting on behalf of a leading investment management firm for a Fund Accounting Analyst in London, on a hybrid basis.

The 6-month contract offers a day rate of £300 via Umbrella Company and requires managing fund accounting tasks, NAV support, reconciliations, and reporting. You will join a small team and work to maintain daily operations, with potential extension based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund accounting or portfolio reconciliation.
• Exposure to custodian banks or asset management environments.
• Experience with fund accounting systems such as HiPortfolio is desirable.
• Strong understanding of cash, securities, dividends, corporate actions and FX.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolve reconciliation breaks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shadow accounting records using HiPortfolio and process daily portfolio transactions.
• Perform daily cash, stock and dividend reconciliations against custodian records.
• Process corporate actions, FX movements and month-end NAV support.
• Prepare cash forecasts and assist with NAV calculations and reporting.
