Our client is a globally established fund administrator with a growing presence in the US, UK, and Europe. As part of their expansion plans for their recently established Guernsey operation, we are looking to recruit a fund accountant to be part of a small team at present.

Candidates should be newly or partly qualified accountants or have a degree in accountancy. They should have excellent team ethics and communication skills and be able to work in a small but dynamic team. Previous experience in fund accounting will of course be beneficial.

Roles to be performed will include:

Performing treasury functions
Reconciliation
Processing disbursements
Cash reporting
Preparing journal entries into cloud-based accountancy software
Assisting in the preparation of GAAP statements
Performing ad hoc tasks relating to client and global team enquiries
