The client is renowned for hiring personable people who can present themselves confidently, both internally and externally with senior stakeholders. You will be excited to join a hedge fund in the very early stages, but will appreciate the pedigree of those around them, and the lock in of assets will see it as a relatively safe opportunity. Even though this is a global macro strategy, sound knowledge of exotic and structured Listed and OTC Derivatives is deemed highly advantageous, especially knowledge of Options, Exotic Options and Rates. It is deemed advantageous if your CV also showcases experience of covering trade lifecycles too - if not then a willingness to cover for this expected.
