Job Description

Role Overview

Management accounts and reporting responsibilities for the fund
Annual and interim reports, factsheets, Reg 22 submissions, board packs, LSE announcements of allotments and buybacks, and other listed company regulatory requirements
Ensuring accurate and timely management and financial reporting both internally and externally to our VCT boards, attending board meetings
Ongoing monitoring of VCT status for the boards and PE team, regular communication to assess deployment requirements
Ad hoc VCT reporting requests from the VCT boards, PE team, Investor Relations, and Sales team
