A leading international property investment business is seeking a technically strong, recently qualified accountant to join its finance team.

The Role

This is a highly visible and commercially impactful role that blends strong technical accounting with extensive stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for managing key financial processes and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of management and statutory accounting processes
  • Business partnering across the organisation, including external stakeholders
  • Budgeting and forecasting ownership
  • Working capital and debt management
  • Delivering accurate financial reporting and commentary to support decision-making

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Experience in the real estate or asset management sectors, with a strong understanding of property-specific accounting practices
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • The confidence and capability to interact with senior stakeholders on a regular basis
