Their Electrical Installation department is rapidly expanding, providing high-quality apprenticeships to a wide range of employers across the region. All apprentices are selected through a rigorous process, ensuring motivated learners who progress into careers with top engineering firms in the country.
In this role, you will work with plumbing and electrical apprentices to develop their functional skills and support them throughout their apprenticeship. You will manage your own diary and classes, ensuring you deliver your teaching commitments and provide each learner with the guidance they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher or trainer with a Level 3 teaching qualification and experience supporting apprentices with functional skills. You should be comfortable travelling to training locations when required and confident in organising your own workload.

The Person:
Level 3 teaching qualification
Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
Experience working with apprentices
