The Role

Based on-site at HMYOI Werrington, you will deliver Higher-Level English tutoring to small groups of prison-based learners, helping them develop skills, knowledge, and behaviors aligned with their long-term goals. You will ensure appropriate training plans are in place, provide guidance, and deliver engaging, high-quality courses to help learners reach their potential.

What are we looking for?

• Level 3 English qualification or equivalent
• Extensive experience in your field
• Experience in delivering training
• Ability to employ a variety of training methods to engage learners
• A teaching or assessing qualification is desirable; if not held, support for obtaining these will be provided during probation
