Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality functional skills training in English, Mathematics, and ICT to a diverse range of learners.
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on learners' needs and abilities.
  • Monitor and assess learners' progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, progress, and achievements.
Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
  • Specialist qualifications in English, Mathematics, or ICT.
  • Experience in delivering functional skills training.
  • Strong understanding of the UK education system and functional skills curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
