What You'll Do:
- Teach Functional Skills in English and Maths.
- Create personalised lessons based on each student’s needs.
- Support students who may feel nervous about learning and help them gain confidence.
- Track student progress and adjust lessons as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience teaching Functional Skills (Level 1 & 2).
- A patient, supportive approach to working with students who have gaps in their education.
- A teaching qualification or relevant experience.
