Rethink is partnering with PeoplePlus to hire a Functional Skills Lead Tutor – Maths at HMYOI Werrington.

The Role

Based on-site at HMYOI Werrington, as the Functional Skills Lead Tutor, you will lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality education to learners. Your responsibilities include teaching, leading by example as an excellent practitioner, supporting the Assistant Education Manager in overseeing the functional skills department, and contributing to contract performance, curriculum development, and quality provision, aligned with the ethos of ‘Improving Peoples Lives’.

• Level 3 Maths & English or equivalent
