Rethink is partnering with PeoplePlus to hire a Functional Skills Lead Tutor – English to join the team at HMYOI Werrington.

The Role

Based on-site at HMYOI Werrington, as the Functional Skills Lead Tutor, you will lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality services to learners. Your responsibilities include teaching, leading by example as an excellent practitioner, supporting the Assistant Education Manager in overseeing the performance of the functional skills department, and being part of the management team. You will aim to maximize contract performance, develop curriculum, deliver quality provision, and exceed the expectations of partners and learners, aligning with the company ethos of ‘Improving People's Lives’.
