Job Description
- Deliver IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 / IEC 62061 / ISO 13849 functional safety-based SIS and Machinery Safety consultancy and training services.
- Provide specialist technical support to TRIS clients on functional safety lifecycles.
- Write technical papers and deliver presentations to support service execution and business development.
- Build strong client relationships and understand their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain customer relationships, securing new consulting opportunities.
- Lead assignment tasks, providing progress updates and addressing challenges.
- Support the financial performance of assignments, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services.
- Ensure compliance with standards, contracts, and regulations.
- Maintain transparent communication with clients, team members, and management.

- Experience in scoping work and preparing bids.

Qualification/Experience
- Experience in high hazard process industries focusing on SIS and machine safety.
- Technical engineering degree with chartered status or equivalent.
- Certification to TÜV Rheinland FS Engineer or Exida CFSE minimum.
- 3-10 years in functional safety management, design, and maintenance of SIS.
- Experience with SIL determination, safety requirements, and safety system design.
- Knowledge of IEC safety standards and relationships between stakeholders.
- Experience developing Safety Requirements Specifications.
- Safety engineering knowledge for E/E/PE systems preferred.
- Experience leading safety audits and assessments.
- Experience delivering technical training and presentations.
- Membership in technical committees or professional bodies preferred.
