We offer

We are looking for a Functional Product Owner to join our Routing Platform Team, where you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the roll-out of our Integrated Routing and Re-Routing Automation. You will work closely with both business and tech teams, helping to shape smarter, scalable routing solutions that deliver real value across commercial, operational, and network design functions.

You will have a strong background in Change Management and Process Review and Re-engineering. You'll be mapping AS IS and TO BE processes, identifying potential gaps and duplication and driving efficient changes to processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to expert for routing processes (MePC, Integrated Routing, ReRouter)

  • Lead end-to-end process design, mapping, risk assessment, and control frameworks

  • Build and maintain process documentation (L4 & L5 SOPs), define KPIs, and track performance

  • Translate business and compliance needs into practical process solutions

  • Gather and translate user insights into business requirements (BRDs)

  • Support implementation through change management and stakeholder engagement

  • Apply Agile/Lean principles to align process design with business goals

  • Benchmark best practices and drive continuous improvement

Primary Stakeholders (Internal)

  • ONP – Network Managers

  • Network Design & Execution Teams

  • OF – Ocean Fulfillment

  • BEP and L&S Platforms

  • Area Delivery Teams (Countries and GSC)

Skill Set

  • Strong process management background (tools like ARIS, familiarity with MePC, Integrated Routing & ReRouter)

  • Deep understanding of global logistics and supply chain processes

  • Experience in logistics, operations, or network delivery roles is highly desirable (but not mandatory)

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
