Job description

This role is Inside IR35.

Clearance: CTC

Contract Length: 6 months TBC

Location: Hybrid working arrangements - Hybrid 3 days minimum onsite – Holborn (London). Can flex around the set days but will be 3 days on site minimum. Main Site/Office location - Holborn with other locations such as Kilburn or other locations.

Essential

The individual must have skills in Oracle HR Cloud and ideally Strategic Workforce Planning / EPM.

  • Knowledge of build within Fusions and integration into all Oracle modules

Duties

  1. Help shape and support the development of Workforce solutions that improve People and System processes by providing subject matter expertise, guidance, advice, and input into architectural, technical, and business solutions.
  2. Work closely with Workforce Planning teams to document requirements related to modelling, analyzing, and forecasting the client’s workforce needs, identifying gaps to inform growth plans and talent strategies.
  3. Provide insight and oversight of BAU change and its alignment with Programme direction and initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure full understanding of impacts from or on Workforce-related solutions within the wider technology landscape. Think critically, challenge assumptions, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Ensure solution requirements are fit for purpose, aligned with the strategic direction of the programme, and meet BPO/Service requirements.
