Job summary

Cheshire East Council is seeking a Functional Family Therapy Team Supervisor to lead a team delivering evidence-based interventions that strengthen family relationships and improve outcomes for children and young people. You will provide leadership, coaching and clinical oversight, support practitioner growth, and help shape service delivery from the outset in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in family therapy or child welfare.
• Knowledge of Functional Family Therapy preferred.

• Support practitioner growth and professional development.
