Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Functional Consultant to ensure successful implementation of Workday solutions for clients. You will configure and test Workday modules to meet business requirements, offering expert guidance throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 3–4+ years of SaaS implementation experience, deep HR technology knowledge (HCM/HRIS/ATS/CRM), and proven ability to handle large-scale deployments with strong client communication skills. Travel up to 25% may be required.

About the Role

As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience managing SaaS software implementation projects in a SaaS environment
• Extensive knowledge of the HR technology industry, including HCM, HRIS, ATS and CRM platforms
• Experience administering/implementing software systems for companies with 2,500+ employees

Other Qualifications

• Workday Certification highly desirable
• High attention to detail and strong conscientiousness in project delivery
• Superb communication skills across multiple channels
• Experience conducting discovery to understand client processes and difficulties
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to develop and propose solutions that meet the client’s business needs
• Available to travel up to 25% for client engagements
