Qualifications

• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans des projets Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Capacité à travailler avec des solutions CE et à mener des ateliers de collecte de besoins.
• Connaissance des processus métier spécifiques au secteur des services publics.

What you will work on

As our Functional Consultant CE, you…

• are responsible for implementing CE solutions that support a lifecycle within domains such as sales, marketing, customer service, and field service to ensure efficient and effective operations
• facilitate requirements gathering workshops and collaborate with the customer
• work closely with the project team and customer
• translate business functional and non-functional requirements into solutions
• configure and expand core functionality using Power Platform components
• verify the solution to guarantee quality
• document the solution
• contribute to key user training
• expand knowledge of the Utility market and transfer knowledge to colleagues
• contribute to growing CE capabilities and UMAX product offerings
• demonstrate customer-oriented working approach
• eager to learn Utilities sector-specific business processes
• have at least 2 years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
• are fluent in English (oral and written)
